So….. 34 symptoms of menopause? THIRTY. FOUR. That’s an awful lot right?
Women may experience one, or a combination of symptoms and it is totally unique to each woman. For some the onset of symptoms is like a flickering light for some time, leaving us feeling unsure and confused about what on earth is happening. On the other hand, for some women, the switch is flicked straight on and quite suddenly symptoms begin to disrupt their lives.
There are these much talked about 34 symptoms, we’ve all heard about the hot flushes, brain fog and mid-section weight gain to name a few, but as well as this biological passage of rites, her mental load can be huge.
Being a modern woman in a modern world with an out-of-date biological make-up means that menopause can be a less than an optimal journey. The peri to post-menopause transition is so much more than a physiological process. It is how you think, feel and act too.
The thing is – you have SO much more control than you might yet know!

We are in this constant state of change physically and mentally and we know from coaching many women, that the midlife phase can be the most treacherous terrain to navigate. It’s the most important time in our lives to take a mind and body approach to optimise our wellbeing for the long term.
Historically, we’ve done what ‘good girls’ do, put up and shut up and just pushed on through but it doesn’t have to be like this anymore. You can join women like these who joined our She Is Strong summer party or our Manchester to Blackpool charity bike ride!
We believe, no actually we KNOW, that all women are utterly amazing and our bodies are capable of incredible things. We owe it to ourselves to nurture and nourish ourselves by shaping a mind, body and soul plan for midlife and beyond.
There are adventures to plan, fun to be had and LIVING to do. With your plan in place, you can ease your menopause journey, feel energised, healthy, enriched, strong in mind and body and live a happy fulfilled life.
