Are you struggling to know where to even start anymore when it comes to improving your wellbeing? Maybe your best efforts just don’t seem to be working anymore no matter how hard you try…. frustrating right?

First up, know that this despair combined with the desire to just feel better is so very common, in fact many of my clients are completely at the end of their tether (with themselves actually) by the time they reach out to me for tailored coaching specific to their needs.

The truth is, at midlife, we need to re-learn the approaches we need to take to be healthy. It changes but nobody tells you that…I hear you! There can be such an array of shifts, changes and symptoms affecting you, we really have to peel back the layers of what’s going on and lay the new ones down again. We will get to know each other very well during our 121’s because this really helps me work with you on the goals that are right for you. When you work with me on a 121, we’ll agree the pace as we go and this allows you the time to implement and embed the habits we agree and feel the benefit of them before adding more layers.

I’m always happy to have an initial chat on the phone if you’re considering wellbeing coaching, it gives you the chance to see if we’re on the same page and for me to understand exactly where you’re at too. Just know that it’s completely, utterly possible for you to feel that zest for life, hell, we’ve soooo much to look forward too!

As a busy woman, I know you’re spinning a lot of plates. There’s the feeling that you can’t rest – even if you wanted to. So many people depend on you and you don’t want to let anyone down or create more work for anyone else. Also…. are you a bit of a perfectionist by any chance? I see you!

If you’re considering therapy – just get in touch. I’d want you to chat to me first and make sure you click with me. It’s super important that you trust me and feel that I get you. 

To work with either of us, our fees are the same. Your first session (with both of us) is £99 – after that sessions are £150 an hour, a 4 session package is £500 or an 8 session package for £800.

If you choose an 8 session package, you’re very welcome to divide the package and book sessions with both of us, however you choose to split it.

You’re very welcome to come to either of us if you’re local, or we can do it via video call.
